Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clock in/out?

From the home screen, tap the "Clock In" button. Your GPS location will be captured to verify you're at the job site. To clock out, tap "Clock Out" from the same screen.

How do I submit a daily report?

After your work day, go to the home screen and tap "Submit Daily Report". Select your project(s), add photos of your work, and include any notes. Tap "Submit" when done.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email.

How do I join my company?

Ask your company administrator for the 6-digit invite code. On the welcome screen, tap "Join a Company" and enter the code along with your details. Your admin will approve your request.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings (gear icon) and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This will permanently remove all your data.

Why does the app need my location?

Location is used only at the moment of clocking in and out to verify you are at the correct job site. We do not track your location at any other time.
